Some of you may remember from childhood a set of 6 small cardboard cards full of numbers that came as a prize in a box of Cracker Jack. I clearly remember the day I got that prize. I was fascinated by how it always worked, and I played it again and again with anyone who wanted to join in. I carried the cards with me everywhere, until they eventually turned into a soggy mass after going through the wash in my pants pocket. Decades later, these cards reappeared in my life. It was Christmas in London and everyone was excited about the "crackers." I didn't understand the excitement until Jo explained it was a small game between two people where the winner got a prize, but it wasn't food. Guess what prize I won? The 6 cards came back into my life!
