Project Lucero (Dominican Republic)
An 18-month project in alliance with Instituto 512 and the Dominican Ministry of Education to co-create an AI ecosystem of tools to strengthen the capacities of teachers and school leaders.
Phase 1 — Co-creation (6 months) Diagnosis with the Ministry and school teams, prioritization of processes, and design and development of tools with incremental validation: Lesson Planner, Teacher Tutor, Portfolio, Messages to Families, Classroom Observation Preparation, and Monitoring Dashboard.
Phase 2 — Pilot with RCT (12 months) 250 teachers and leaders in 25 schools, with access to the entire tool ecosystem and intensive implementation support.
