Mentoría
Dar a los aprendices la oportunidad de compartir sus conocimientos, habilidades y comprensión con otros fortalece el aprendizaje e incrementa la Motivación, al tiempo que construye Apoyos Sociales. Prepararse para entrenar y comunicar información conceptual puede aumentar las Habilidades Básicas de Lectura, mientras se apoya una mayor retención de información y habilidades en la Memoria a Largo Plazo. Aprender diferentes perspectivas de entrenadores o mentores también puede desarrollar la Flexibilidad Cognitiva.
