Actividades de Mindfulness

El mindfulness es una práctica para crear equilibrio interno y una sensación de estar conscientemente en el momento presente. A través de actividades de mindfulness cortas y frecuentes, los adultos pueden desarrollar su conciencia y capacidad para enfocar la Atención, lo que puede mitigar los efectos negativos de la multitarea mediática intensiva y el deterioro cognitivo general. Los ejercicios de mindfulness también pueden mejorar el rendimiento académico, apoyar el Bienestar Físico y la salud mental de los adultos, y mejorar el Sueño. La Autorregulación y la Inhibición pueden reforzarse practicando técnicas de mindfulness.
